The Government of Belize has issued us a Subdivision development permit allowing for the building of condominiums with individual deeds to each property. The Marina is located just outside the town of Punta Gorda, a town of about six thousand people with all the services necessary for upper end buyers and boat owners. We are located in the southern portion of the country and with its mountains, jungles, rivers, beaches, islands and the fabulous Belize Barrier Reef, this is the best marine playground in Belize.
